for battle at the 2004 Outback Bowl. |
“Scothawk “ stands for “Scottish Hawkeye”.
Scothawk was born and raised in Scotland, before moving to the
United States in 1992.
His first Iowa Football experience was a game played in the pouring
rain in Kinnick Stadium in 1992. The Hawkeyes lost that day to
the Ohio State Buckeyes…..but the seed had been planted
and a new Iowa Hawkeye football fan was born. The rest is history.
Scothawk’s mission is to share in the pride and tradition
that comes with being a Hawkeye. Representing the University of
Iowa in a manner befitting a member of the Hawkeye family.
Hawkeye Football and digital video editing are two passions of
Scothawk’s that have now found common ground.
Scothawk does in fact own two fat Labrador retrievers, which
are appropriately black and gold. They were the inspiration for
the formation of “Two Fat Labs Studios".
The goals that Scothawk has with Hawkeye Football video and audio
productions is to bring to Iowa fans, and fans of college football
in general, the excitement and action that occurs during a Hawkeye
football game. It’s also a way of honoring those players
and coaches who give their all to be the best team they can possibly
be every gameday and throughout the entire year.
The exceptional qualities of the players, coaches, faculty, administrative
staff and fans of the University of Iowa makes Scothawk very proud
to say:
“It’s
great to be a Hawkeye!”
